Established in 1992, Amok Time has grown into New York's largest action figure superstore. What's A Super Section, How Do I Find What I Want?
Easy!  When you visit our home page you will see "Find by Section or Category".  Super Sections are areas where genre specific categories are grouped. For example if you go to our Star Wars Super Section you will see featured Star Wars items in the center. On the left you will see a menu of all categories that pertain to the specific Super Section chosen, in this case Star Wars.  This is the same throughout all of our Super Sections and make finding what you are looking for easier.  There is also a SEARCH feature on the upper right bar in case you want to put in a specific product, name or item number.  Our Home Page features the latest News, items In-Stock and featured Pre-Orders for your review.

When will I get my order?
A.  SHIPPING POLICY:  In Stock items are shipped within 24 hours of order placement. 
     If an order is made on a Saturday or Sunday all shipping is made on Monday. 
     All packages usually arrive within 7-14 business days (Continental US 48 States).
B.  All shipping to street addresses made thru UPS.
C.  All shipping to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, APO's, FPO's, Made thru USPS. 
     There is no guarantee for exact delivery date.
D.  Amok Time now offers international shipping through Bongo.

How does Pre-Order work?
Pre-ordering means you are placing an order before an item is released, to guarantee you receive it at the earliest possible time, at the best possible price.  Important note: After we accept a certain amount of pre-orders prices for certain items may increase.

Why Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering allows us to help you get the items you want in the quickest possible time. It  guarantees you will not miss them due to sellouts, which often occur in the extremely volatile collectible toy market.

When am I charged for my Pre-Order?
Customers who Pre-order product by credit card will only be charged when the product is ready to ship. NEVER BEFORE.  If your credit card declines or is invalid, you will be contacted via e-mail. You have 48 hours to replace the order with a new credit card.   If we do not hear from you, within 48 hours, your order is cancelled. Please note if you use paypal it is like sending cash at the time of placement. There is no way to charge you at a later date if you decide to use a paypal payment.

Split Order's: What if some of my order is in stock now and the rest are
Pre-Order?

Items in stock now are shipped ASAP, while pre-orders are held till their arrival. Split orders will incur additional shipping charges. In order to receive the most accurate shipping charges we recommend you place separate orders for in-stock and pre-ordered items, this will give you an accurate shipping charge for all items ordered regardless of pre-order or in stock item status.  Sorry pre-orders cannot be held till all items are in stock. We do this so you get your items in the quickest fashion possible.

Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Cancellation of a Pre-order is just as easy as ordering.  Contact us by e-mail or by phone and an Amok Time sales representative will give you an RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION #).  This number is used as a cancellation confirmation to verify your order was cancelled.  If your order has already been processed, cancellation is impossible.  However, you can still return the order. See " CAN I RETURN AN ORDER".

Can I return an order?

If you are unhappy with any purchase from www.amoktime.com, you can return it within 7 days of packages arrival.  You will be refunded the full price of the merchandise, as long as the following requirements are followed:
A.  YOU MUST CALL OR EMAIL AND GET A RA# (RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER) FIRST. 
     IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE.
     Returned purchases must be returned within 7 days of package arrival.
B.  The purchase must be in it's original unopened package, in the same condition as shipped. 
     For Damages, See " Damages"
C.  There are no Refunds or Credits for any shipping charges in either direction.
D.  Any package refused at the time of delivery will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
E.  If these conditions are not met, letters A-D, a 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your  
     return.

What if my package is damaged?
A. REST EASY, YOU ARE INSURED.  All Domestic shipping charges  include insurance charges  
     via UPS or USPS.  WE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING THAT IS NOT INSURED. 
     If a damage is incurred you must contact the carrier and file a claim.  UPS customers need to  
     contact 1-800-PICK-UPS. USPS customers must contact your local Post Office to file a claim.   
     Once this is done we will finish the claim and get you a refund which usually takes 3-14 days.
B. Amok Time INC. is not responsible for any shipping damages incurred by any method of shipping.
